Deputies responded promptly, meeting with the caller, who explained that he had stopped to relieve himself when he noticed what he initially believed to be a dead animal lying in the ditch. Upon closer inspection, he realized it was the naked body of a white female.Deputies investigated the scene and found the woman’s body near the tree line. She was nude, except for her jeans, which were pulled down around her ankles, and had severe facial trauma. Her body was also marked by several distinct tattoos. The victim was later identified as 29-year-old Nicole Rose Scott, a mother of three. Authorities determined that Nicole had died from strangulation.Witnesses later informed investigators that Nicole had been seen getting into a red car before her death. Devon was placed in a patrol car while officers proceeded to the apartment where the initial shooting allegedly occurred.Finding the front door unlocked, officers entered the apartment to check for victims. As they cleared the apartment, they discovered two deceased white male subjects, both with massive head trauma. These individuals were later identified as 18-year-old Andrew Oneschuk and 22-year-old Jeremy Himmelman. They initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 41-year-old woman. The police report indicates that officers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from inside of the vehicle.The woman was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. 6th Drunk Driving Arrest for 31-Year-Old Vulgar and Entitled WomanOn January 3, 2025, Hoboken Police Officer Losurdo noticed an illegally parked vehicle. He exited his patrol car and noticed that the driver was asleep behind the wheel. He made contact with the driver, a 31-year-old woman, who refused to provide any identification.Additional officers were called when the woman's boyfriend arrived on scene. Eventually, the woman exited the car and was requested to perform field sobriety tests (FSTs). The FSTs were stopped prematurely, after the woman refused to cooperate. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Hoboken Police Headquarters.Meanwhile, her boyfriend, who had also consumed alcohol, could not understand why his vehicle was being towed from the illegal parking spot. The woman refused to provide a breath sample at the police station. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. She failed to appear to her initial court appearance and there is an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
